Refund policy

At The Eye, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, if a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, once per order, and free of charge.

To ensure a fair and transparent process that protects our business and customers alike, the following conditions strictly apply:


Return Eligibility Requirements

A return will only be accepted if all of the following criteria are strictly met:

The product is returned within 30 calendar days of delivery

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged

The item is returned in its complete original packaging, including:

Intact tags and labels

All protective materials and accessories

Proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email)

Any return that does not comply with these conditions will be refused, and the product will be returned to the customer at their own expense.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, safety, or customization, returns are not accepted for the following:

Made-to-order or personalized items (dimensions, finishes, engravings, special colors, etc.)

Wellness or hygiene-related products that have been opened or used (e.g., soaps, candles, home fragrances)

Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase

Handcrafted products that display natural variations (color, texture, or shape), which are not considered defects


📦 Return Procedure

  1. Submit your return request via email to contact@theeyedesign.com, including:
    Your order number
    the item(s) you wish to return 
     the reason for the return.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid return label.
  3. Carefully pack the item and attach the label. Drop it off at the designated shipping point or arrange a pickup as directed.

📌 Only one free return is permitted per order. Any additional return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.


💰 Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

If the return is rejected (used, damaged, returned late, or non-compliant), no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to you at your own cost.


⚠️ Limitation of Liability

The Eye is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the return process if our prepaid return label is not used or if the item is poorly packaged.

Unauthorized returns (items sent back without prior approval) may be refused and automatically returned.

In cases of abusive behavior (e.g., excessive or systematic returns, returned used items, repeated complaints), The Eye reserves the right to deny or suspend access to its free return policy without notice.
